Academic Dates to Observe
Monthly calendar provides information on full- and half-semester add and drop deadlines as well as other important academic deadlines for the semester.
University Forms
Access university forms including:

Forms not submitted through an electronic process must either be delivered in-person to the Office of the Registrar (115 Gilchrist) or sent to registrar@uni.edu from the student's UNI email account. All forms received from personal (non-UNI) emails will not be accepted.
Is Your Advisee Close to Graduation?
Record analysts in the Office of the Registrar analyze individual student records to determine what courses are needed based upon the majors and minors that the student has declared in order to ensure that the student meets the eligibility requirements for graduation.
A student is encouraged to meet with their record analyst at least one semester before graduation to complete this graduation verification.
Complete Application for Graduation
Graduation - Refers to completing all of your degree requirements.
If you are completing your final degree requirements and plan to have a degree awarded, you must submit an Application for Graduation (use link below).
Application for Graduation Deadlines are as follows:
- Spring Graduation: April 1st
- Summer Graduation: July 1st
- Fall Graduation: November 10th
RSVP for Commencement Ceremony (if planning to attend)
Commencement - Is the recognition event at the conclusion of your academic career.
If you plan to attend Commencement, a submitted RSVP is required (use link below). An RSVP must be submitted by the deadline to be included in the Commencement program:
- Spring Commencement: April 1st
- Summer Commencement: July 1st
- Fall Commencement: November 10th
RSVP's submitted after the deadline will not be included in the Commencement Program but are still eligible to walk in the ceremony.
