Academic Dates to Note

- Monday, March 24, 2025 at 8:00 am.
- Second Half-Semester Begins
- Wednesday, March 26, 2025 by 4:30 p.m.
- Second Half-Semester: Last day to ADD course without Departmental Approval. (see Approvals for Closed Classes/Late Adds for specific department information)
- Friday, March 28, 2025 by 4:30 p.m.
- Second Half-Semester: Last day to add a course for credit. Approved Academic Student Request required after this date.
- Second Half-Semester: Last day to drop a course with No Report
- Second Half-Semester: Last day to change to or from Audit
- NOTE: Students can only make one change per course to/from a non-graded basis. Once a change has been made the student cannot again change that course to/from non-graded credit. Please complete the online form to request this change.
- Reminder: Summer/Fall 2025 Advanced Registration begins for graduate students and seniors on Monday, March 31, 2025. See complete advanced registration schedule here or on this printable pdf.

Spring 2025 Mid-Term Grades
- Students can view midterm grades for the Spring 2025 semester in their Student Center by choosing "Grades" from the Other Academic Information dropdown menu and selecting the "Mid-term Grades" tab. Use this link for detailed instructions on viewing grades.
- Note that a student who does not have a Mid-term Grades tab does not have any reported mid-term grades.
- For academic advisors, you can individually view advisees's midterm grades in their Student Center or you may view a query report of all of your advisees with mid-term grades reported through MyUNIverse - Reporting tab - Academic Reports (MyAdvisees) and choosing the "Mid-Term Grades" report in the Acad Standing/Grades "Assigned" folder.
- Midterm grades can be submitted through 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
- Please be aware that midterm grade reporting is not required. If a student is unsure about their performance or grade in a class, it's best to speak with the course instructor as soon as possible.
