2nd Half Semester Course: Hip Hop Fitness
- Hip Hop Fitness (RTNL 1A12-90, 14020) will be Tuesday/Thursday 11-11:50 and run from March 25 - May 15, 2025
- Do you have students who are looking for one more credit…or some stress relief? Tell them about Hip Hop Fitness! This class will not only satisfy a credit for graduation but will relieve stress and increase physical and mental wellness.
- In a Zumba-style format, students will learn new hip hop grooves, increase strength and stamina, and encourage creativity.
