- Advisor Center Navigation Changes
- There has been a change in system Navigation when accessing Advisor Center/My Advisees from MyUNIverse. The Navigation “breadcrumbs” are the links across the top of your browser that show where you have been and allow you to change the page you are on. In the past, this menu remained after going to Advisor Center/My Advisees and you could use it to return to MyUNIverse, but not go to other Campus Solutions pages
- Now, when you go from MyUNIverse to Advisor Center/My Advisees, your breadcrumb path will switch to the Campus Solutions. You will be able to navigate to other Campus Solutions pages from the Main Menu dropdown.
- To return to MyUNIverse, simply use the MyUNIverse hyperlink, rather than the back arrow
- Bonus Tip: It is easy to “time out” of your authentication if you are navigating between two different UNI authentication systems. You will start to notice error messages and unexpected results. The best thing to do is to 1) clear your browser cookies for all time (simultaneously press Ctrl – Shift – Delete keys), then 2) close all browser windows/tabs you have open in that browser. Then log in again.
