  • Last Day to Drop a Full-Semester Class with a "W" - Tuesday, April 11, 2023 by 4:30 p.m.
    • The deadline to drop a full semester course with a “W” (instead of a "F" grade) is tomorrow (Tuesday, April 11 by 4:30 p.m.). 
    • Follow the information and guidelines outlined on Dropping a Course from the Office of the Registrar.
      • A Drop form must be completed and submitted to the Office of the Registrar at 115 Gilchrist Hall or registrar@uni.edu from the students UNI email address. Forms from personal email addresses will not be accepted.
    • Before a student makes such a decision, they should consider:
      • Can they improve their grade in the course? What other support resources are available to help with their success?
      • What is the reason for dropping the class?  (i.e. workload, questioning/changing majors, personal reasons)
      • What academic requirements or policies need to be considered before they drop the class? (e.g. is the class a prerequisite for another class or will the class be offered next semester to enroll)
