  • NEW! Returning Student - Re-Entry Process & Form
    • The Office of the Registrar has created a new formal Re-Entry process for students that have previously attended the university but did not obtain a degree.
      • The goal of this new form is to close the gaps these students experienced with the collection of necessary information to effectively guide students in returning to the university.
    • If you work with any student that needs term activated to return to UNI, please direct them to complete the Re-Entry form online. From there, they will receive additional information and guidance.
      • All students needing to be term activated will be required to complete this form before a term activation and enrollment appointment will occur.
    • Note: Students previously suspended, students returning for a 2nd-BA, or returning for teacher licensure will continue utilizing those existing steps
    • Questions or concerns on this process and form can be directed to registrar@uni.edu.
