  • Advisor KNOW HOW: Planning for Semester Registration
    • As students prepare and plan for Spring 2024 semester registration, encourage students to
      • View Course Details (see image below)For every section of a course, the detailed course information can be accessed through the link under either the "Class" or "Section" columns which can include:
        • Course information (class details, attributes [e.g. UNIF learning area], and availability)
        • Requirements for enrollment (Class and subject notes)
        • Expectations of the section (description and textbook/other materials

    • Place Classes in the Shopping Cart
      • The shopping cart allows a student to pre-select course sections to register for from the class search/schedule of classes before their registration date/time.
      • Note: Adding classes to the shopping cart does not guarantee enrollment nor does it automatically enroll a student into the course(s).  The student must complete the enrollment verification process on or after their registration date/time.

  • This Week: Majors in Minutes
    • Encourage your students to attend!  Tuesday, October 24, 2023 | 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. | Maucker Union Ballrooms (see image below)
    • Majors in Minutes is a group-based approach to learning about UNI's majors. Students meet with senior student representatives from different majors of interest who share their experiences and answer questions about their major.
    • This event is purely student-to-student and is a great way for any student to explore different majors and minors or to get better connected with seniors in their own major!
       
  • Office of International Engagement Coaching
    • Do students need to search for resources? Edit a paper? Start an assignment?  We're here to help by offering specialized attention for international students.
    • The Office of International Engagement Coaching is moving!  Now located back in MAU113 (OIE Offices)
