Where to Find a Student's Full-Time/Part-Time Status?
  • A student must be enrolled in 12 or more credit hours to be considered in full-time status for a semester.
  • To determine a student's full-time or part-time status, an advisor can:
    • Go to Advisor Center/My Advisees in the student information system
      • Use the My Advisees tab to view your advisee roster.
      • Click the View Student Details link to go to the specific student’s student center
      • In the "Academics" tab use these tabs:
        • Reminder: The current semester (2243 Spring 2025) must be selected.
  • To view a query of advisees not enrolled full time
    • Access your advisees information through Academic Reports (MyAdvisees) by going to MyUNIverse - Reporting Tab - Under My Workspaces

  • Select the Not Full-Time query and use 2243 as the term for the Spring 2024 semester
