    • This course provides an overview of maternal and child health concepts, issues and trends. Topics covered include conception, pregnancy, childbirth, lactation and public health, prevention, and epidemiological issues in maternal and infant health.

    • This course provides an introduction to the public health activities concerned with the protection and care of the community; survey of the major specialties and populations of interest in the public health field; and exploration of ethical issues related to public health.
