  • Second Half Semester Course: THEATRE 1059-90 Theatre in Our World (3 credit hours)
    • TTH 2:00 - 4:30 PM  3/20/23 - 5/12/23
    • This course will explore the basic structures of theatre, how it impacts society, and how society shapes and inspires theatre. Students will explore and collaboratively experience processes and roles common to theatrical creation.
    • This course satisfies a requirement for the UNIFI Discover: Human Expression learning area or can satisfy a UNIFI Connect elective.
       
  • Second Half Semester Course: CHIN 1086-90 Studies in Business Chinese (1 credit hour)
    • Languages & Literatures is offering a new, asynchronous online course Studies in Business Chinese during the second-half/8-weeks of the Spring 2023 semester
    • The course is open to any student regardless of prior exposure to Chinese and can be an alternative if students find themselves in need of an additional credit in the Spring semester and would be interested in this topic.
       
  • Second Half Semester Course: UNIV 1055 Strategies for Academic Success (2 credit hours)
    • 9:00 MWF + 1 hour arranged  3/20/23 - 5/12/23
    • Provides development and use of effective learning and study strategies/skills necessary for independent learning and academic success. University policies, procedures, and services will be addressed
       
  • Second Half Semester Course: LRNTECH 1031 (3 credit hours)
    • Monday 7:00 - 9:30 p.m. 3/20/23 - 5/12/23 | Online via eLearning
    • This is a foundational course that prepares early childhood, elementary, and middle level pre-service educators to facilitate student learning in technology-rich Pre-K-12 environments. The course provides hands-on experiences that integrate technology, pedagogy, and content knowledge to support clearly-defined student learning outcomes. Pre-service teachers select and design technology-enhanced learning tools to promote collaboration, creativity, communication, and higher-order thinking skills in the classroom. Students explore contemporary topics related to educational media and technology trends in education.
